Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: When you register and book a place on one of our courses OR consultation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All sales are final. Once you have made a purchase for the course(s), refunds will not be issued. Additionally, exchanges for other products or services are not permitted. Learning Guarantee: Achieving fluency in a non-native language requires dedication. We are committed to helping you develop basic conversational English language skills and build the confidence you need for everyday interactions with English speakers (native and non-native). If you feel you are not progressing, we recommend exploring additional resources to assess your language learning aptitude. Please note that there are no refunds for unattended session(s) or if you are unsatisfied with a session(s).Securing Your Place:To confirm your spot in a course, the full payment must be completed before the course's start date.Transfers: Bookings for our scheduled courses are non-transferable. If you cannot attend a booked course, you will be unable to transfer to an alternative date.Individual Tutoring: Individual tutoring sessions can be rescheduled if you notify us in writing at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start time.Course sharing is strictly prohibited: By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that the person who registers will be the one participating. Transferring your registration to another individual is not permitted. No Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring session, it will be classified as a "no-show." Please be aware that no refunds will be provided in this situation or under any circumstances.Cancellations: To cancel your course booking, you must notify us in writing within seven days of your decision to cancel. Your cancellation is only official once Citizenship Tutors confirms receipt of your written request. While there are no cancellation fees, please remember that payments are due at the time of booking. Therefore, you remain responsible for the full course cost, and no refunds will be issued.Tutor Cancellations: Should our tutor need to cancel a session for any reason, we will do our utmost to reschedule it at a time that works for you. If rescheduling isn't feasible, we will gladly provide a refund for the canceled session.Citizenship Tutors reserves the right to cancel a course or individual session(s) at any time. If this occurs a refund may be issued.
